What is the digital membership card?

BABOR&me uses a digital membership card instead of a plastic card as part of our sustainability commitment.


Your digital card gives you access to:


Your b.points balance
Membership tier
Rewards status


After registration, you’ll receive an email with a link to add your card to your mobile wallet.


Supported wallet apps:



  • Apple Wallet (iOS)

  • Wallet apps via Google Play (Android)


You can also view your points and status anytime in your BABOR online account.

What are the benefits of joining BABOR&me?

As a member, you’ll earn b.points on every online purchase and enjoy:

How much are b.points worth?

You earn b.points equal to 5% of your purchase value.



  • 10 b.points = $1 reward value
    Example: Spend $100 and earn 1,000 b.points.

How do membership tiers work?

Your tier is based on active b.points earned within the calendar year.



  • SILVER — Entry level

  • GOLD — 5,000+ active b.points

  • BLACK — 10,000+ active b.points


GOLD and BLACK status remain active for 12 months after qualification.

Do my b.points expire?

Yes. b.points expire 12 months after the purchase date.

What happens if I don’t maintain the required b.points for my tier?

If the required number of active b.points is not reached by December 31, your membership tier will adjust accordingly for the following qualification period.

How do I cancel my membership?

What happens to my b.points if I cancel?

  • If you have 2,000+ b.points, you’ll receive a voucher for your available balance.

  • If you have fewer than 2,000 b.points, your points will expire upon cancellation.

What happens to my personal data after cancellation?

Is my membership transferable?

No. BABOR&me memberships are personal and non-transferable.

How do I redeem b.points?

You can redeem b.points online in two ways:



  • Apply points directly toward a purchase

  • Convert points into a voucher for future use

Where can I redeem b.points?

b.points can only be redeemed online and in the country where they were earned.

Can I redeem b.points at any time?

b.points become redeemable once you reach 2,000 active b.points.
Points earned from purchases become active after the 14-day return period has passed.
