How can I unsubscribe from BABOR&me?

What happens to my b.points balance when I unsubscribe?

If you have collected more than 2,000 b.points when you unsubscribe from BABOR&me, you will receive a voucher for the b.points you have collected up to that point. If you have less than 2,000 b.points, they will expire at the time you cancel.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Your personal data will be deleted once the purpose for which they were used has expired or once the statutory retention periods have expired.

Why is there a new loyalty program?

We have grown out of our old loyalty program. It's time for something new. We want to offer our most loyal customers a more contemporary and fresh loyalty program with plenty of benefits. That's why we have launched BABOR&me

What are the advantages of participating in BABOR&me?

First, as a participant in our BABOR&me loyalty program, you collect valuable b.points with each of your online purchases in the BABOR Online shop. You can redeem your b.points when making online purchases and benefit from attractive discounts. You also benefit from sensational advantages and unique gifts. These vary depending on your status.

I am already participating in the BABOR loyalty program, what will happen to my existing b.points balance and my status?

You can keep your the b.points that you have collected. The b.points expiration rule also remains in place: b.points expire after 12 months from the date of purchase.
Just like your b.points, your existing status will also be retained. Do you have WHITE status? Then the color has changed to SILVER.

What is a b.point worth?

For every purchase you make in the BABOR Online shop with your customer account, b.points will be credited to your personal b.points account with a value of 5% of the purchase value. 10 b.points are equivalent to the value of $1, meaning, for instance, that you will be credited a total of 1,000 b.points for every purchase of BABOR products worth $100.

When do I reach which status?

As soon as you have created a BABOR Online customer account, you automatically achieve SILVER status.
If you have collected at least 5,000 active b.points by December 31st of any given year, you will automatically switch to GOLD status, otherwise your SILVER status remains unchanged. The GOLD status is valid for 12 months after the status change.
If you have collected at least 10,000 active b.points on December 31st of any given year, you will automatically switch to BLACK status. The BLACK status is valid for 12 months after the status change.
In short: more b.points, more advantages:



  • SILVER – from the first b.point

  • GOLD – from 5,000 b.points

  • BLACK – from 10,000 b.points

Can I also use BABOR&me abroad?

You may only redeem your b.points in the country in which you have collected them. Redeeming b.points in other countries is not possible.

Is participation in BABOR&me tied to a specific person?

Yes, your BABOR&me participation is personal and non-transferable.

What are my premiums?

How can I sign up?

Simply register in our BABOR Online shop.

What data is required when I sign up?

We request the data we need to manage your BABOR&me account. This is your contact data, order data and registration data, which we need to carry out orders, issue b.points credits and provide the products and services that you request.
Your personal data will be deleted once the purpose for which they were used has expired or once the statutory retention periods have expired.

What is the electronic customer card?

Sustainability, environmental friendliness and the achievement of our Green Agenda goals are very important to BABOR. This is why we are offering you an electronic customer card and not a plastic customer card. Your electronic customer card shows you your current b.points balance and status.

How can the electronic customer card be installed?

When you register for BABOR&me, we will send you an e-mail with a link to your personal electronic customer card. By clicking on the link, you can install your electronic customer card directly on your mobile phone. To do so, you will need to have a so-called app with a wallet function installed on your mobile phone:



  • For IOS users, download it from the Apple Store under "Apple Wallet"

  • For Android users, it can be downloaded via Google Play under "Passbook Wallet"


You don't want to install the wallet? No problem, you can also check your b.points balance via your online customer account in our BABOR Online shop.

Do I receive advertising?

No. You will only receive our BABOR newsletter if you subscribe to it. You will also receive informative e-mails from BABOR&me about your b.points balance and current status.

How can I redeem b.points?

Via our webshop.There are two ways for you to redeem your b.points:



  • convert b.points directly into a discount on your online purchase, or

  • generate a voucher from your b.points online which you can redeem at a later date online.

In our webshop (www.babor.us).

Can I redeem b.points at any time?

You can redeem your b.points from a b.points balance of 2,000 b.points.
All b.points received with your purchases at the webshop will change to active status after the statutory 14-day period for returning goods has expired and will then be available in your BABOR Online customer account.
