Didn't know how to use at first the instructions on it was not English but found how to use it on the website but I prefer mixing it with my gel & toner cleanser and it does the work leave my skin feeling so smooth.

Hello. I have 2 containers of the Babor enzyme cleanser in powder form. I love it because I can travel with it as it's not a liquid. Here's the problem: after a short time, the lid won't close all the way and now the product spills all over my makeup bag. It happened the first time so I bought another and the same thing is happening after just one week. Can you please tell me how to fix this?

- Verified Reply - MeganHello, thank you for your inquiry. Our Refining Enzyme & Vitamin C can be used as often as once a day for cleansing. Pour some powder in the palm of your hand and gently work into a lather with warm water. Then, apply the foam to dry skin on the face, neck, and décolleté. Avoid mucous membranes and the mouth and eye area. Moisten fingertips with cool water and work the foam into a lather in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of warm water. Alternatively, or if you have sensitive or dry skin, this can be used as a gentle exfoliant once or twice a week.
