"#sweepstakes" I have used the Enzyme cleanser for several years. A year or so ago, they changed the name to Refining Enzyme & Vitamin C Cleanser, so the formula changed a bit. It used to have a little bit of "grit" to it, which I liked for exfoliating. But the new formula is great! It is a powder which is unique and I love the way my skin feels immediately after using. My aging skin feels very soft! Not too drying at all. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the lid on the bottle. Because it's a powder, it can get damp and clog the hole where the product comes out. And it's a snap top that once used it doesn't snap closed thoroughly. That is an issue for me because I travel for my job and it was spilling. My solve to this was to buy a little travel size bottle that has a screw top. I wish Babor would take a look at the lid issue and come up with a fix. I first thought it was just a 1 off. But I have re-ordered several times and it's the same issue, always. I love the product so much that I just deal with it though. Highly recommend the product!

Hello. I have 2 containers of the Babor enzyme cleanser in powder form. I love it because I can travel with it as it's not a liquid. Here's the problem: after a short time, the lid won't close all the way and now the product spills all over my makeup bag. It happened the first time so I bought another and the same thing is happening after just one week. Can you please tell me how to fix this?

Look for ones designed for cosmetics or travel that have a good seal. -Store Upright: Always store the container upright in your makeup bag to minimize the chance of spills. - Verified Reply - MeganHello, thank you for your inquiry. Our Refining Enzyme & Vitamin C can be used as often as once a day for cleansing. Pour some powder in the palm of your hand and gently work into a lather with warm water. Then, apply the foam to dry skin on the face, neck, and décolleté. Avoid mucous membranes and the mouth and eye area. Moisten fingertips with cool water and work the foam into a lather in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of warm water. Alternatively, or if you have sensitive or dry skin, this can be used as a gentle exfoliant once or twice a week.
