I tend to reach for this specific one when my skin is breaking out pretty bad and its my go to in a pinch. I love to have this in stock at home and have handy when I travel for more than one week at a time. I did have an issue during my most recent purchase, I think someone else took it to the review section. I went ahead and emailed babor customer service to ask for a replacement or refund by attaching the product picture and video. They were swift in responding to inquire for the box number and sent me a replacement right away. Very pleased with Babor Customer Service Team. Thank you!

The ampoule's glass vials are very thin and break very easily. If dropped, they break into tiny shards all over the floor. If your finger touches the edge of the opened vial, you can pick up tiny particles on your skin. The rubber gray cap to open the vials is a big improvement over the old days when I had to use a wash cloth to protect my hands. I love the serum, I just hope something can be done about the little glass vials it comes in.

I like SOS ampules a lot, and been buying them for about 3 years. Last order I bought 4 boxes and the texture of the serum was different. For some reason it had some white particles that were not dissolved. I opened all 4 boxes and all of that had this strange particles. Would appreciate customer service commenting if the formula was changed and what is the reason for this texture. Attached photo of the SOS serum on my palm. Thanks!

I have been a lot of issues with my skin and practically everything makes me breakout. I am sick of medications and steroid creams that have long term side effects. This helped a lot until I made the mistake of assuming all was well and used something that my skin reacted to. After a year of issues, I am out of patience but patient I must be and keep using these products.

This serum is ok. But didn't work as expected. My skin was irritated after a few use.
