Hello. I have 2 containers of the Babor enzyme cleanser in powder form. I love it because I can travel with it as it's not a liquid. Here's the problem: after a short time, the lid won't close all the way and now the product spills all over my makeup bag. It happened the first time so I bought another and the same thing is happening after just one week. Can you please tell me how to fix this?

Below are a few suggestions to help remedy this: -Rubber Band or Tape: You can wrap a rubber band around the lid or use some tape to keep it secured when traveling. -Transfer to a Different Container: Consider transferring the powder to a small, airtight travel container with a secure lid. Look for ones designed for cosmetics or travel that have a good seal. -Store Upright: Always store the container upright in your makeup bag to minimize the chance of spills. Directions of use for white effects enzyme cleaner

Verified Reply - MeganHello, thank you for your inquiry. Our Refining Enzyme & Vitamin C can be used as often as once a day for cleansing. Pour some powder in the palm of your hand and gently work into a lather with warm water. Then, apply the foam to dry skin on the face, neck, and décolleté. Avoid mucous membranes and the mouth and eye area. Moisten fingertips with cool water and work the foam into a lather in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of warm water. Alternatively, or if you have sensitive or dry skin, this can be used as a gentle exfoliant once or twice a week.
