I had high expectations for this product but disappointed. It did get off some of the mascara but still did not remove it all. I can't imagine it would take off water proof mascara. I love all the rest of their products!

I found this makeup remover to be ineffective compared to another well known brand I've used. I had to use a lot of it on the cotton pad to try & get my eye makeup off. And there was still a lot of makeup left behind. Will not purchase again.
