I've been ordering from Babor for a long time, but today I was disappointed. I received a facial cleansing foam with an unpleasant issue—it leaked. 🤷♀️ How could this happen? I have only one explanation: either the contents of the foam were substituted, or there was a technical malfunction with the machine that packs the liquid. Also, why was one product wrapped in packaging tape while the foam was easily accessible to everyone? How can I now be sure that this is the original product and that no one has tampered with it? I hope you can provide an answer and compensation for the product, which isn't exactly cheap.
